What does SCIO actually do?
The SCIO scans the electromagnetic frequencies of the body similar to the virus-scan on a computer. The scan detects any viruses, deficiencies, weaknessis, allergies, abnormalities, and food sensitivities. In less than four minutes, nearly nine thousand parameters of health are tested. During testing the device resonates with thousands of tissues, organs, nutrients, toxins and allergens for one hundredth of a second each, and recoreds the degree to which the body reacts. This type of rapic testing is known as the Xrroid process. These measurements indicate needs, dysfunctions, and vulnerabilities. Unlike harmful x-rays, wich focus on physical alignment or blood tests which contain chemical analysis, the information reveals the direction in which the body is focusing its energy.
And after the client is scanned?
After the SCIO measures the vitamin levels, amino acids, nutrients, food substances, minerals, enzymes, natural sugars, toxins, hormone levels, muscle tone, disease, bacteria, moulds, fungi, viruses and the health and balance of internal organs, a comparison is made between these readings and the program's "norm".
How does that help?
The SCIO communicates with the body to determine what energy imbalances are most affecting the health. Reactions to foods, chemicals, or other substances are revealed and further investigated through personal interviews, and other programs and screens within the SCIO. The investigation may locate patterns or specific past experiences. For example, if someone has digestive problems, a previous virus, possibly in childhood, may be found to be the source of an existing condition.
So you just use the SCIO to identify problem areas?
There are many programs on the SCIO. After measuring the body's frequencies, the SCIO can be employed to feed back appropriate healing frequencies to neutralize or redress destructive wave patterns. The most basic explanation of "Quantum" is the discovery of an invisible relationship between matter and energy and the ability to measure those patterns. The ionic exchanges or reactions that take place in the body and brain at 1/100 of a second are measured as the energetic components. With a feedback loop, the device calculates a resonance pulse and sends back an alternate pulse to which the body responds. Dr. William Nelson has been nominated for the Noble Prize in Medicine for the last twelve years because of his discoveries and knowledge in the area of alternative medicine. At an early age, Dr. Nelson demonstrated a high degree of intelligence and scientific aptitude. He was accomplished in Calculus and Physics by the age of thirteen and at fifteen, attained a perfect score in intelligence testing. He was posted in his local newspaper as the boy with the "Ultimate IQ". Mensa admitted Dr. Nelson to membership at the age of sixteen.
Dr. Nelson continued to shine academically at high school. He placed in the top 1% of the ACT test for college readiness and attained a perfect 800 SAT score in Math, Physics, and Calculus. Voted senior class president and most likely to succeed, Dr. Nelson was also accomplished at golf, tennis, basketball, and gymnastics. With scholarships available at MIT, Cal Tech, Carnegie Mellon, and John Hopkins, Dr. Nelson chose to attend General Motors Institute. He was accepted over 5000 applicants to AC Electronics in Milwaukee Wisconsin. There he worked as an electrical engineer and developed several patents. He was prompted to leave GMI after a proposal to develop bombs and weapons.
Dr. Nelson began his career as a mathematician and physicist at NASA in the Apollo space program. He was actively involved with the trajectory determinations that ensured a safe return of the first Apollo expedition to the Moon.
He then entered the seminary, but his Professors continually asked him, "Have you received the calling?" Dr. Nelson began to listen for "the calling". God did speak to him but with a different answer: "I want you to rewrite Molecular Biology". He left the seminary, and began his path.
He attended the University of Wisconsin to study Biology and Kent State to study Quantum Physics. At Youngstown State University, he obtained his BS in psychology and Masters in counseling Psychology. He majored in Mathematics, while studying statistics, complex mathematics, and pursuing an in-depth study of Comparative Religions. He published papers on ESP, Reactivity, Subliminal Perception, Brain Physiology, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and Mathematics.
In 1977 Dr. Nelson began teaching at Youngstown State University. He taught Mathematics, Para Psychology, Meditation, Mystic Philosophy, and Business Math for over seven years. He also found time to marry and start a family. His first class in Mystic Philosophy and ESP was taught on the day after his son Daniel was born with autism. Dr. Nelson then entered medical school. He took his medical education seriously, but he was disturbed with the prominence of synthetic drugs and no mention or development of the known body electrical systems. Yet he continued in medical school as part of his research on the rewrite of molecular biology.
After studying with Dr. Isaacs, author of a ground-breaking book about Quantum Biology, Dr. Nelson began to fully look at the limits and side effects of a synthetic drug model. He began to believe that anti-nausea drugs given to this wife during her pregnancy were related to this son's autism. He also studied the effects of chemotherapy and their possible role in his grandmother's recent death. Encouraged by his grandfather to never compromise and remain steadfast and loyal in his pursuits, Dr. Nelson chose to leave his medical internship and continue his research on molecular biology. Because of his discoveries, he chose to devote the remainder of his life to bring awareness of Natural Medicine to the public.
He broadened his scientific knowledge with terminal degrees in Naturopathy (Clayton), Acupuncture (Occidental Institute), International Law (Lafayette), Medicine (International Medical University), and a Doctorate in Psychology (South Eastern University).
Ten years after God spoke to Bill in the seminary, the PROMORPHEUS was finished, copyrighted 1982, and sent to the Library of Congress. Twenty years later, it is still the most technical and mathematical treatise on life process in existence. For this effort, Dr. Nelson has been nominated for the Noble Prize every year since.
Dr. Nelson recognized potential in the early single channel, electro-acupuncture devices and started working with them in the energetic medicine field. Bringing his knowledge of quantum physics to his studies of the body's energy field, in 1985 he created the first interactive cybernetic loop medical treatment and diagnostic device using Electro Physiological Reactivity and Xrroid technology. This device was essentially the first EPFX (known as the QXCI). He registered his Electrodermal device with the FDA in 1989.
In 1995 he created the one channel resistance device technology and turned it into an interactive system operating in 3 dimensions. He solves the vector problem and therefore devises a device without the analogue to digital conversion. This results in a cheaper device with far more accuracy than conventional analogue converters.
